Agents in discussions with developers keen to develop Adanac Park

Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, the agents acting on behalf of the Barker Mill Estates, have admitted to having negotiations with a number of prospective developers who have expressed interest in winning planning permission to develop the site for office, industrial and distribution purposes.

Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, says “there is significant demand from developers wanting to build speculatively to satisfy the supply shortage of large industrial and distribution buildings along the M27. Adanac Park is strategically located off Junction 3 of the M27 and opposite the well established Nursling Distribution Park that was developed in the 1970’s & 80’s and is now fully occupied. The new Lidl distribution warehouse due to be built next to Adanac will change the landscape and encourage more large occupiers seeking easy access to the docks and motorway network.”
